Usually adapters do not fit Mamiya 645 E. The locking ring of the shutter release button would be in conflict with the Pentacon Six mount ring. To solve the problem the ring can be turned smaller (see red arrow) for an additional price of 16,- Euros. Just mention this please, if you order an adapter that should fit Mamiya 645 model E.
